Technical Administrator Opportunity

Wood Plc is seeking a highly skilled Technical Administrator to join our growing team in Darwin, NT. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting our multidisciplinary projects and providing efficient administration support for our Key Managers.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires a strong administrative background, with a focus on providing exceptional support to our technical teams. You will be responsible for managing a range of tasks, including document handling, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our technical teams, including document preparation, data entry, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage a range of tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including project files and databases.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong administrative background, with a focus on technical support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills, including MS Office Suite and other document handling programs.
