Valuation Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Valuations Manager to spearhead valuation engagements across diverse markets. This role entails delivering high-quality valuation advice, mentoring junior team members, and fostering stakeholder relationships.


About the Team

Our Corporate Finance division provides comprehensive services to support clients in achieving their growth objectives. Our Valuation offering encompasses providing valuation advice across asset classes and equity types for transactional, regulatory, financial reporting, and advisory purposes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver valuations of businesses, equity instruments, and intangible assets for various purposes.
  • P Prepare independent expert reports (IERs) for listed entities in line with relevant standards.
  • Guide junior staff in research, analysis, and modeling of comparable companies and transactions.
  • Apply appropriate valuation methodologies and prepare robust financial models and reports.
  • Liaise with clients and advisors to define scope, ensure compliance, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes.

Required Expertise
  • 5+ years' experience in Corporate Finance with a strong focus on valuations.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of valuation techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to challenge and interpret financial data.
  • Highly developed report writing skills.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for developing early careers talent.
