We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our corporate valuations advisory team. As a valuation expert, you will be responsible for conducting complex valuations and providing high-quality advice to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth valuations of businesses, shares, and financial instruments to provide accurate and unbiased opinions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and opinions on transaction terms, including deal value assessment and cost of capital analysis.
  • Perform financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting, and impairment testing.
  • Provide strategic corporate finance and M&A advice to clients, covering cost of capital, capital management, and deal value analysis.
  • Review portfolio businesses to identify performance improvements and support investment decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business valuations, with a strong track record of delivering client engagements across diverse industries.
  • Ability to provide sophisticated valuation advice, including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis, and capital management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in market research, data analysis, and financial modeling.
