Valuation Opportunity in Agribusiness

We are seeking a Senior Valuer to undertake valuation assignments across various agribusiness property types. Our team of rural property specialists provides researched and thorough valuation advice, ensuring high-quality outputs.

As a Senior Valuer, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad selection of properties and collaborate extensively with our transaction team.

  • Opportunities exist throughout Victoria and South Australia
  • A diverse range of agribusiness-based property types
  • Quality relationships with private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients
  • Leading-edge valuation delivery and quality assurance processes
Key Requirements
  • Associate Membership of the API and registration as a Valuer with at least 2-5 years' experience post-CPV qualification
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Valid Australian drivers' license
  • Commercial awareness and strategic implementation capabilities
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to generate information for sound business decisions
