Agribusiness Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agribusiness Valuation Specialist to join our team. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality valuation advice to our clients across a range of agribusiness property types.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian agribusiness market and be able to build strong relationships with our clients. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description

Our Agribusiness Valuation & Advisory Services team consists of rural property specialists who provide researched and thorough valuation advice across various agribusiness property types.

These include large scale beef and sheep grazing, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries and cellar door enterprises, horticulture, sugar production from cane to crystals, irrigation, blood stock breeding, training and agistment, dairies, piggeries, post farm gate, seafood, water entitlements / water in isolation.

Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality valuation advice to clients
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Working closely with the Agribusiness Transaction team
Qualifications
  • An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 2 to 5 years' experience post CPV qualification
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts
  • Valid Australian drivers' license
  • Commercial awareness of the formulation and implementation of strategy
  • Problem solving and analytical ability to generate information that provides sound business decisions
