About the Role

This key position acts as a strategic finance partner to a designated directorate, with regular exposure to senior leaders.

You will be responsible for influencing financial decision-making, driving performance and sustainability, and supporting long-term financial planning and analysis.

Reporting to the coordinator, budget and business support, you'll embed yourself within the directorate, proactively building relationships and visibility across teams.

About You

You're a confident communicator and CPA/CA qualified finance professional with demonstrated experience in partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic financial advice.

You'll have deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and reporting within a complex organisation, and bring a proactive and solutions-focused approach to your work.

  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • You'll need to possess a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • You should have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex data and provide accurate recommendations.
