**The Role**

As a Project Manager - Construction, you'll join our high-performing Development team to deliver impactful, business-critical projects in iconic regional locations.

This rare opportunity allows you to align your project management skills with the dynamic tourism and accommodation industry while making meaningful contributions.

**Responsibilities**

Manage a portfolio of development projects across various categories, from greenfield to infill.

Drive projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes.

Lead continuous improvement across project systems and guidelines.

Monitor consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure effective project delivery.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk throughout each build's lifecycle.

Partner with operations teams to plan and communicate staging updates.

Apply customer insights, environmental considerations, and ESG priorities into every project decision.

Regular travel to project sites (intra and interstate) is required.

**Requirements**

Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in construction or a related discipline.

Minimum 5 years' experience in project or construction management.

Proven ability to lead complex construction projects end-to-end.

Strong capability in cost estimation, budget management, design coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

High levels of personal integrity, initiative, and resilience.

A solutions-focused mindset and drive for continuous improvement.

**Performance Measures**

Success in this role will be measured by delivering projects on time, within budget, and maintaining project scope and quality standards.

Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the business and external suppliers is also crucial.
