**The Role**
Reporting to the People & Culture, Compliance and Project Manager this role will be responsible for forward roster analysis and costing.
Responsibilities include:
- Analyse, facilitate, model, and organise information to reconcile rosters
- Ensure the schedules created are aligned with forecasting requirements
- Provide objective advice, expertise and specialist knowledge to create options analysis.
**Your Experience**
- Have highly developed problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to undertake detailed work & maintain information within systems with a high degree of accuracy
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling/ methodology across multiple locations in a service delivery environment.
- Knowledge of modern awards and in particular the HIGA is desirable
