Property Manager Position

About the Role:

This exciting role is for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our holiday park.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the park's properties, including maintenance programs.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, including the sale of park homes.
  • Stay up-to-date on local events and corporate and business development opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities and manage costs.
  • Perform front office administration tasks.
  • Attend to after-hours calls.
  • Maintain the park's presentation to the highest standard.
  • Regularly report to management and provide customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience in holiday park/hotel management or similar accommodation-based business (desired).
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent customer service ethos and strong customer engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.).
  • Excellent communication and personal presentation skills.
  • Experience with RMS software (desired).
