As a dedicated Real Estate Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a substantial portfolio of properties in the East. You will work closely with a dynamic team under a highly experienced leader.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage routine tasks and outgoings on a weekly basis
  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth transactions
  • Utilize modern systems and technologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
  • Work a standard Monday to Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays
  • Parking is available onsite for a fee
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Must reside in the Eastern Suburbs
  • Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  • Demonstrates confidence in residential property management with strong communication skills
  • Exhibits a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a close-knit team
