About the Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Nepean Private Hospital. As a key member of our Executive team, you will provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and Director of Nursing, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide organisational and administrative support to the GM and DON, including diary management, communication, and document preparation.
2. Coordinate human resources activities, such as employment contracts, payroll, and onboarding of new employees.
3. Manage e-credentialing related matters, including processing applications and ensuring VMO compliance.
Essential Criteria:
1. Minimum 3 years' experience in an executive administrative role.
2. TAFE/Certificate – Diploma level qualification in Business Administration or related discipline.
3. Advanced computer skills in IT systems, including MS Office.
