Key Responsibilities:

To greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner

Ensure that the customers experience has been positive and provide solutions for any issues

Go the extra mile to ensure high quality service and provide a WOW experience

Also be of assistance to customers commencing their journey

Conduct damage inspections of returning vehicles and outgoing vehicles

Checking the vehicles for roadworthiness and ensuring oil levels and tyre pressure are maintained

Checking for chips on windscreens and panel damage or other general wear and tear

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, retail or sales

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers

The ability to work alone and as part of a team

Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster

Valid Australian driver's license with a clean driving record

Current and ongoing Australian work rights
