Business Operations Specialist

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a non-fresh products department within a retail setting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to motivate and develop their team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management.
