Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute administrative duties, reporting, and general office tasks as needed
  • Assist in processing and printing relevant documentation, including invoices and customer requirements
  • Handle customer orders and inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up on any issues
  • Inform Food Service Delivery Drivers of specific customer needs
  • Communicate any issues related to credit, warehouse, transport, and replenishment to maintain high customer service standards
