We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at PFD Food Services. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required, including administrative and operational reports.
- General Office Tasks: Perform general office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
