We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Solutions Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Australia. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality customer service, technical support, installation, maintenance, and training for laboratory equipment and solutions.

The successful candidate will manage the performance of the service team throughout ANZ with a focus on safety, wellbeing, process compliance and service excellence. They will ensure effective resource planning, training, collaboration and utilisation throughout ANZ, as well as develop, monitor, and manage customer satisfaction, operational and financial targets for each service team throughout ANZ.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a minimum of 5 years in a service management role, preferably within the laboratory, scientific equipment, or healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills with strong stakeholder management.

The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
