Senior Laboratory Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laboratory Operations Manager to join our team at AmSpec Group.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with the Laboratory Director to develop and implement strategic plans for laboratory improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities, including quality control data and analytical results.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventative action plans to address non-conformances.
- Assure technically correct analysis and address technical issues that arise during routine analysis.
- Coordinate and schedule laboratory assignments to laboratory personnel, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline and 2 years of experience in a Petroleum Laboratory or Associate's Degree in a technical discipline and 3 years of experience in a Petroleum Laboratory, or 5 years of experience in a Petroleum Laboratory.
- Strong managerial, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Petroleum Laboratory experience must include analytical testing, instrument maintenance, instrument calibrations, quality control systems/procedures, and training protocols.
- A thorough understanding of industry-related safety and training is essential.
- The ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and implement them effectively is crucial.
