About the Role

Nexon Asia Pacific is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Lead to join our team. As a senior member of our Business Systems team, this role will be a key engagement point for the business to expedite project delivery and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • IT Service Management: Manage and improve IT service management processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service transition.
  • Business Systems Management: Oversee the management of key business systems, including ERP, ITSM, CRM, and billing platforms.
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results and meeting project milestones.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Technology Strategy: Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT management or leadership roles, with a strong background in business systems and platform management.
  • Technical Knowledge: A broad technical understanding of Information Technology and knowledge of business system platforms, including ERP, ITSM, and CRM.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
