As a Customer Service Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for residents. With a growing portfolio of over 110 properties and more than 35,000 managed beds, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

About the role

This leadership position combines property management and hotel front office supervisory duties with a focus on reservations and administration. Key responsibilities include:

  • Banking and administration tasks
  • Overseeing the reservations process for residents
  • Marketing properties and showing rooms
  • Conducting inspections and providing general customer service at the front office reception desk

The ideal candidate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can resolve issues effectively and possess operational security and incident management expertise in a residential setting. This person will be a crucial link in creating a supportive culture and inspiring community within the property.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months)
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia and New Zealand
  • Real Estate Qualifications (if applicable at the property)
