We're on the lookout for Front of House Casuals to join our team in Canberra, AU.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset.
  • Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement.
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed.
  • Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times.
  • Own your space – be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game.
  • Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe.
  • Take opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs.

What You've Got:

  • Uniqueness and a passion for fun.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, positivity – and bucketloads of it.
  • A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests – teens, kids and adults.
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights.
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them.
