LDK Greenway Views is currently recruiting for our Resident Services Manager. Reporting directly and working alongside the Operations Manager, you will play an important part in ensuring that our residents receive an exceptional service.

**About the Role**

**You are the face of our business.**

Utilising your exceptional hospitality customer service and high-level administrative skills, this position will lead our Resident Services and Resident Concierge teams by providing effective management and training. The Resident Services Manager will attend to residents' enquiries and requests, ensure daily Resident Concierge tasks are actioned and completed, support our Resident Services Move In Coordinator to provide a high level of residents and respite move-in experience with internal and external parties, and also support our Resident Services Activities Coordinator to promote and maintain regular engagement with our residents to create a positive impact to their lifestyle and their overall wellbeing.

**About You**
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment and passion to outstanding customer service.
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading a team within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well organized with attention to detail.
- Have a pleasant and out-going personality.
- Have a full availability to work in business working hours, however be flexible to support varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and Public Holidays as per our business and resident activity requirements.
- Successful applicants will be required to undergo a Police Clearance. LDK has a mandatory vaccination policy in regards to COVID-19 and Flu Vaccination_
