Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team and drive process improvements across various activities, ensuring all procedures are conducted correctly and comply with outlined processes and regulations.
  • This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as solid knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing operations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience working in a GMP manufacturing facility
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance
  • Solid knowledge of lean principles and process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
