We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Operations Specialists.

As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring that stock is well replenished and presented at the highest standard.

You will also assist the management team in delivering MECCA's customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus.

Your daily tasks will include completing daily stock maintenance and all cyclical stock management processes.

You will contribute to the overall store performance by identifying and driving operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offering
  • Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture
