**Role Overview**

The NSW Treasury DIB Community is comprised of a strategy and five work streams, each focusing on specific diversity aspects. The role of the DIB Project Officer will involve supporting the delivery of action plans within the People and Culture Division.

The successful candidate will be part of a diverse and welcoming team, working to create a positive impact for the people of New South Wales. They will contribute to developing innovative solutions and providing advice on various DIB topics while managing external accreditations.

This integral position requires someone with excellent communication skills, able to build networks and engage with community members. They should be customer-focused, resilient, and adaptable, with a keen eye for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment, with a strong understanding of MS Office Suite. A 'buddy' system will be put in place to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
