
Fostering Belonging and Inclusion as a Workplace Culture Specialist

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key part in delivering programs that foster belonging, amplify employee voices and strengthen our workplace culture.
This role will involve supporting the delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives, coordinating internal communications and content that promote inclusion and engagement, and managing logistics for listening strategy activities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree qualification in a relevant field, demonstrated experience in supporting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of D&I initiatives including events, awareness campaigns, employee network groups, and cultural calendar activities.
- Coordinate internal communications and content that promote inclusion, engagement, and positive culture.
- Manage logistics for listening strategy activities and contribute to the analysis of feedback to inform culture-related actions.

Requirements:
- Degree qualified (or working towards) in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across a large organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of our operating environment.
