We are seeking an experienced Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is a critical role that will report directly to our regional DEI Lead and be strategically embedded within our regional People and Culture team. As a key member of our DEI team, you will drive ambitious DEI agendas, providing expert advice, managing programs and change initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide programs and initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Empower, engage and collaborate with colleagues at all levels to create a culture of belonging.
  • Manage and support employee network groups and committees, promoting diverse perspectives and experiences.
Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful DEI initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including coaching and influencing.
  • Expertise in planning and coordinating strategic projects and strong data collection, analysis and reporting skills.
  • Diversity, equity and inclusion subject matter expertise or experience.
