Inclusive Workplace Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gender Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Consultant to join our People & Performance team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be based in Sydney.
This multifaceted position requires the ability to pivot seamlessly between operational and strategic tasks. You will be collaborating, influencing and executing across our key focus areas, including gender equality, LGBTQ inclusion, cultural diversity, First Nations inclusion, accessibility and disability inclusion and parent and carer support.
- Develop, implement and report on diversity, inclusion and belonging strategies within a large organisation.
- Translate workforce data into actionable insights to improve the employee experience.
- Design and execute programs that raise awareness and promote learning for GE and D&I.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS AROUND GE AND D&I ISSUES.
