Job Opportunity:

NSW Treasury seeks a visionary leader to shape our Diversity and Inclusion strategies and programs.

This role will influence organisational approaches, governance, and programs to deliver on our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) vision and Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engagement with stakeholders and staff to implement an organisational approach, governance, and programs to deliver on our DIB vision and RAP.
  • Manage a team of specialists including First Nations colleagues.
  • Work with stakeholders, leaders, and teams across people, communications, strategy, and finance functions to deliver on Treasury's cultural aspirations as a truly inclusive employer.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications or demonstrated relevant professional experience.
  • High level skills in project management and evaluation, including stakeholder engagement across all levels.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and deliver DIB outcomes, achievements, and activities.
