Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Consultant/CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our team at VitalAire Canada Inc. The primary goal of our team is to provide bespoke solutions, treatments, and management for obstructive sleep apnea to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email communications, to promote our product range and services.
  • Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements, ensuring seamless patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to deliver comprehensive patient solutions.
  • Promote and upsell our product range and services, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Maintain inventory and process clinic orders, ensuring efficient operations and timely delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail, healthcare, or sales environment, with a strong background in customer service.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and build strong relationships.
  • Independent clinic management capability, with the ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions.
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction, including sales, support, and retention.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
