About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Consultation Liaison Clinician to join our team at Psychology: Leading Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical, educational, and professional mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health services to clients in partnership with a range of stakeholders, including regional SA and Rural and Remote Mental Health Service (RRMHS).
  • Support the development of Mental Health (MH) clinicians in the Limestone Coast Local Health Network (LCLHN) to provide an integrated mental health response.
  • Provide education and mentoring to Limestone Coast LHN staff to improve skills in managing mental health consumers.

Requirements
  • Must hold a recognised qualification within the recognised Allied Health Profession of Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Psychology, and be eligible for practicing membership of the relevant Professional Association; or
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate, and hold a Graduate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent).
