VitalAire Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled CPAP Therapy Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our respiratory care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

• Provide expert guidance and support to patients on CPAP equipment, setup, and ongoing service requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Promote and upsell our product range and services to meet patient needs.
• Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Maintain inventory and process clinic orders in a timely and efficient manner.

• Previous experience in a retail, healthcare, or sales environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Independent clinic management capability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.
• Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
