About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced Ambulance Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and digital channels
  • Assist customers with queries related to Ambulance Cover, Services, and invoices
  • Proactively manage complaints or disputes with a customer-focused approach
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve customer matters efficiently
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Contribute suggestions for process improvements and enhancements

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position based in our Eastwood office, offering a competitive salary range of $57,842.00 - $62,221.00 per annum. Our roster operates between 8:30am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work.
