This is a full-time, permanent role that offers a competitive salary and a supportive work environment. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-12, as well as supporting the centre's team in achieving our goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare the classroom and greet parents and children
- Conduct morning circle time for songs and group discussions
- Plan and organize age-appropriate activities and lessons
- Lead small group activities and promote skill development
- Facilitate free play and monitor children's behaviour

Requirements:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current working with children's check
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
