About the Role

The Senior Therapeutic Specialist will play a key role in meeting with Health Care Professionals in their place of work, leveraging data sources to build comprehensive account plans and promote the effective use of our products. This requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to drive business results.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Achieving and growing ongoing sales targets in assigned territory through strategic planning and execution.
  • Promoting the appropriate use of Gilead products to healthcare professionals and fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Developing and adapting business plans to achieve sales goals and communicate required actions to the team.
  • Interpreting sales analysis data to inform market insights and drive business decisions.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to achieve company objectives and contributing as an individual and team player.
What You Will Bring to the Role

We're seeking a driven collaborator with extensive relevant selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Extensive relevant selling experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (>7 years).
  • Experience in key account management (>5 years).
  • Serves as technical expert of assigned product, therapeutic classes, and patient needs.
  • Strong existing relationships with KOLs and PAGs within their territory.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization ability to manage multiple projects/activities at any given time.
