Docusign is rapidly growing as we evolve towards Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM), an AI-powered platform that helps organisations of all sizes connect and optimise every step of their business processes. IAM enables customers to bring agreement data to life to accelerate revenue, reduce risk, and unlock value.

We are looking for a high-impact individual who leads with curiosity, challenges customers to think bigger, and drives strong sales outcomes through platform value selling. The Solution Consultant will support the Commercial sales team by translating complex customer problems into IAM-based solutions. This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Manager, Solution Consulting - CBU.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical lead on accounts in partnership with Sales across the Commercial segment in ANZ
  • Maintain strong partnerships with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success Managers, Marketing, Product and other stakeholders to maximise impact across engagements
  • Conduct deep technology discovery with executive-level stakeholders across diverse industries
  • Inform Sales account planning with strategic technical insights to influence customer strategy and execution
  • Map customer challenges to value messaging assets and a proposed IAM design
  • Demonstrate product expertise through demos, technical discussions, whiteboarding, workshops, RFP/RFI responses and process diagrams
  • Articulate recommendations with compelling storytelling and visuals
  • Deliver trusted, long-term, high ROI solutions
  • Partner with Sales to achieve revenue and retention goals
  • Demonstrate proficiency of the core Docusign IAM platform and its current/future components
  • Champion Docusign as the trusted partner for customer agreements
  • Share insights and assets within the team to drive scale and collaboration
  • Travel 20% or more as needed
What you bringBasic
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role selling SaaS solutions
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in a relevant field
Preferred
  • Experience delivering software demonstrations, presentations, and workshops in person or virtually
  • Experience with solution design docs, workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, RFIs
  • Proven experience working with executives, including C-suite
  • Experience selling to customers across regulated industries (Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERP, CRM, ECM systems (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with system integration methods (web services, REST/SOAP APIs) and integration patterns
  • Ability to articulate AI value in technology contexts, including ROI
  • Familiarity with concepts related to Agreement creation, commitment, and management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
