Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned estimator to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and possess a proven track record in successfully securing commercial projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estimator to work closely with our estimating manager, preparing cost plans, managing tender submissions, and leading negotiations throughout the tender process.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in construction management or a related field and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Review and interpret drawings and project documentation.
  • Lead negotiations throughout the tender process.
  • Prepare and finalise competitive tender submissions.

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Proven track record in successfully securing commercial projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
