Career Opportunity: Commercial Estimator

The successful candidate will work as part of a high-performing team in estimating end-to-end tender processes for a range of commercial and residential projects valued from $10M to $40M. This role requires close collaboration with Directors and Project Managers to secure and shape future projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing tenders from initial review through to submission.
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for accurate pricing.
- Conducting detailed take-offs and build cost plans.
- Preparing tender packages and reviewing project documentation.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams on D&C methodology.
- Contributing to strategy and win themes for key bids.
Key requirements for the role include minimum 3 years of estimating experience for head contractors in building construction, strong knowledge of the Sydney subcontractor market, solid understanding of D&C contracts and tender processes, and excellent communication and attention to detail.
