Senior Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish, including take-offs and negotiations with subcontractors.

  • Tender Management: Manage the entire tender process, ensuring timely submission of bids and effective negotiation of contracts.
  • Estimating and Cost Control: Develop project estimates, manage budgets, and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of industry experience in commercial estimating, ideally with a background in Tier 1, 2, or 3 builders or large fit-out contractors.
  • Expertise in current rates, market conditions, and cost forecasting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
