
Lead Demand Generation Strategist

As a data-driven demand generation professional, you will lead the creation and conversion of marketing demand through innovative multi-channel campaigns.
Campaign Strategy & Execution- Design and launch integrated demand generation campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Master our marketing automation platform to build sophisticated lead nurturing workflows and scoring models.
- Partner closely with sales and enablement teams to ensure a smooth lead handoff process.
- Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile and buyer's journey.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned marketer to drive business growth through effective demand generation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Marketing Automation Proficiency: Deep hands-on experience with major marketing automation platforms.
Excellent business acumen: Strong knowledge of Workiva's core APAC markets - Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Japan.
Data-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to analyze campaign data and translate results into actionable insights.
