Job Title: Demand Planning Strategist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Demand Planning Strategist. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing demand planning strategies that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Forecasting: Generate accurate demand forecasts using commercial insights across multiple time horizons.
  • Market Insights: Provide market insights for statistical forecast modeling to automate demand planning where possible.
  • Brand Forecast Review: Conduct monthly brand forecast review meetings to assess accuracy and adjust plans based on root causes of forecast variances.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage supply issues and communicate recovery plans to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP): Co-lead local S&OP processes to ensure mutual accountability, visibility, and alignment on key decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in supply/demand planning, knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics systems, and strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Additionally, excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential, as well as the ability to see the big picture and set context.
