Demand Generation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned demand generation expert to drive the creation and conversion of marketing demand. The ideal candidate will design, execute, and optimize innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, leveraging their expertise in campaign strategy, marketing automation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Design & Execution: Develop and implement integrated demand generation campaigns that engage target audiences, build a robust demand generation engine, and drive revenue growth.
  • Marketing Automation & Technology: Master our marketing automation platform to create sophisticated lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and database segmentation.
  • Lead Management: Ensure seamless flow of qualified leads to sales teams.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, creating dashboards to showcase marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to continuously test and improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner closely with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff process, supported by targeted messaging and effective sales enablement materials.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B marketing, with strong focus on demand generation, preferably in SaaS or technology sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
