Customer Order and Data Coordinator

This role is an opportunity to shape the future of data management and customer satisfaction in a dynamic and innovative environment.
You will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence by working closely with colleagues across functions to manage data, pricing, and order-to-invoice processing. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records.
- Collaborating with commercial leaders to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Ensuring seamless order-to-invoice processing through coordination with global Accounts teams.
- Implementing efficiency tools and processes to improve operational effectiveness.
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Customer-facing experience, preferably in sales or call center environments.
- Order management skills and proficiency in Office Suite applications, including Excel.
- SAP experience and familiarity with related technologies would be advantageous.
