Job Role: Customer Service and Data Coordinator
The role of the Customer Service and Data Coordinator is to provide high-quality customer service and support to customers through timely and accurate order processing, data management, and other related tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with Commercial Leaders and other teams to ensure seamless order-to-invoice processing, manage local customer data, and coordinate with the global Accounts team.
- Data quality and integrity are ensured by proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the transformation lead to implement efficiency tools and processes.
- Manage credit-related issues, including reviewing, validating, and obtaining authorization for pricing claims, as well as handling returns and complaints effectively.
- Process sales orders accurately and promptly, including tracking and tracing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales representatives, Key Account Managers, and Supply Chain personnel, to achieve shared goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales orders, and other relevant data.
- Contribute to process improvements and implement changes as needed to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience in a sales desk or call center environment.
- Order management experience and proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel, are beneficial.
- SAP knowledge and experience in a related technology field are advantageous.
- Able to learn and grow within a multinational organization with a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
