Print Order Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong numerical ability, and attention to detail.
The role involves providing quality customer service, processing new print orders, data entry of specifications, payments from customers, and invoicing. Additionally, the representative will follow-up on sales leads and opportunities with existing and new customers, coordinate with design/production teams on order status, and inform customers accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- View design files and communicate with phone customers on print items such as gift cards, membership cards, lanyards, flyers, booklets, labels, and stickers printing etc.
- Calculate prices for print requirements and enquires. Coordinate incoming orders with art department and print production.
- Process new print orders, data entry of specs, payments from customers and invoices.
- Follow-up sales leads and opportunities with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with design/production teams on order status and inform customers.
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience is required.
- Good communication skills to handle customer enquiries.
- Numerical ability to calculate prices, quotes and process payments.
- Attention to detail on customers' print requirements.
- Responsibility and organisation in coordinating print orders.
