- Collaboration with Commercial Leaders to manage their data effectively.

- Liaising with the global Accounts team for seamless order-to-invoice processing, ensuring local customer data accuracy.
- Implementation of efficiency tools in collaboration with the transformation lead.
- Accurate and timely sales order processing, including tracking and tracing capabilities.
- Resolving credit-related issues, validating pricing claims, and handling returns efficiently.
- Alignment with Supply Chain on stock management best practices.
- Providing exceptional customer service support to Sales representatives and Key Account Managers.
- Effective resolution of customer complaints.
- Prior customer-facing experience (sales desk or call center) is essential.
- Order management expertise is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- SAP system knowledge is beneficial.
- Relevant technology field experience is desirable.
- A desire to learn and grow within a multinational organization.
