Job Title: Customer Order & Data Specialist

We are looking for a part-time (3 days/week) Customer Order & Data Specialist to join our Signify Consumer team in Sydney.

More about the role

In this role, you will contribute to high customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You will collaborate with colleagues across functions to deliver exceptional customer service and meet operational and financial targets.

You will be responsible for:

  • Data management and pricing excellence through standards and tools adoption.
  • Working with Commercial Leaders to manage their data.
  • Ensuring quality data is in place proactively.
  • Managing local customer data and coordinating with the global Accounts team for seamless order-to-invoice processing.
  • Collaborating with the transformation lead to implement efficiency tools.
  • Processing sales orders accurately and promptly, including tracking and tracing.
  • Managing credit-related issues, reviewing, validating, and obtaining authorization for pricing claims, and handling returns.
  • Aligning with Supply Chain on stock management.
  • Handling customer service inquiries and supporting Sales representatives and Key Account Managers.
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints effectively.
  • Providing backfill support to colleagues when needed.

  • Customer-facing experience (sales desk or call center).
  • Order management experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
  • SAP experience.
  • Experience in a related technology field is advantageous.
  • A desire to learn and grow within a multinational organization.
