Job Title: Cinema Supervisor

Cinema supervisors are responsible for the day-to-day management of cinema operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

  • Supervise and train level 1 and 2 employees within a designated area, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinated and organize work, materials, and equipment in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Make informed decisions using knowledge and skills for this level.
  • Work to complex instructions and procedures, responsible for work undertaken.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while executing a diverse range of tasks related to supporting the operation of an entertainment complex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor and deliver customer service at the highest possible standard within a cinema department.
  • Effectively address and handle customer feedback within the cinema department.
  • Provide supervision and training to level 1 and 2 employees in designated area.
  • Provide team members with clear direction and coaching in tasks, and towards departmental goals and targets.
  • Allocate tasks efficiently to 4 or more level 1 and 2 employees in designated area.
  • Actively contribute to and participate in all cinema campaigns relevant to the designated area.
  • Supervise thorough and precise opening and closing procedures for the designated area.
  • Demonstrate a conscientious awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures.
  • Support team proficiency in cash handling and general administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Competent in basic Maths and English.
  • Competent in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Competent in cash handling.
  • Displays leadership and accountability.
