Movie Theater Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the smooth operation of a movie theater. This key position is responsible for ensuring a seamless cinema experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise junior staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills.
  • Maintain the projection area, promptly addressing technical issues as they arise.
  • Operate the cinema location in accordance with established procedures.
  • Foster high standards of customer service across all departments.
  • Ensure a secure working environment, implementing safety protocols and procedures as needed.
  • Support business revenue streams in various cinema departments.
  • Apply quality control techniques to maintain excellence in operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including payroll reporting and audits.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in a supervisory role within the film industry.
  • Strong computer literacy and background in retail, food, and beverage management.
  • Certifications such as First Aid and RSA qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
