Job Title: Cinema Operations Manager

This is a management position responsible for the day-to-day operations of a cinema complex.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train employees to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality on-screen presentations.
  • Maintain a secure working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling, manage payroll processes, and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Lead by example, recognizing team members' strengths and opportunities for growth.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting collaboration and effective communication among team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Operational Responsibility:
    • Monitor and improve customer service to the highest possible standard.
    • Assume responsibility for the administration of the cinema, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to fulfill administrative duties when required.
  • Overall Leadership and Team Management:
    • Recognize and develop team members' strengths and opportunities for growth.
    • Implement and communicate effectively with cinema teams any campaigns or events.
  • Revenue and Financial Responsibility:
    • Manage day-to-day cash control, balancing safe and cash registers.
    • Understand and apply quality control techniques.
  • Customer Service:
    • Address and respond to customer feedback, ensuring attentiveness and commitment to resolving issues effectively.
  • Sales & Promotional Opportunities:
    • Guarantee thorough reading and understanding of campaign briefs to ensure effective implementation and adherence to outlined strategies.
