Cinema Operations Lead Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Cinema Operations Lead. As part of our dynamic cinema operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, upholding operational standards, and pursuing best practices.
About the Job:
The Cinema Operations Lead is accountable for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across multiple cinema screens. You will work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives and contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- To cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that drives engagement, performance development, and talent retention.
- To track and achieve key performance indicators while managing expenses and ensuring operational efficiency.
- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- To maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, employees, contractors, and partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in leadership or supervisory roles within hospitality or customer-facing environments.
- Proven track record of driving business results, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- A collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Relevant certifications, such as CPR and First Aid, and RSA certification (RMLV certification is desirable).
